Every member is encouraged to pay their dues via post-dated cheques, providing the club with twelve post dated cheques, dated for any day of the month. By choosing this easy, convenient method of payment, the discounted monthly rates are $65.00 for adults, $60.00 for full-time students, $55.00 for youth (16-18 years), and only $50.00 for children (6-15 years). The maximum family rate will be set at $125.00 for this payment option. You may cancel your cheques at any time without further obligation and without question by simply contacting the front desk seven days prior to the month you wish to cancel.

Should you choose not to pay your dues via post-dated cheques, methods such as direct debit, Visa, cash or cheque will be acceptable. Regular monthly rates of $70.00 for adults, $65.00 for students, $60.00 for youth, and $55.00 for children will be in effect. These fees are due at the beginning of each month. We ask that you make every effort to pay these dues during the first week of the month. If payment is not made before the 15th of the month, an additional $5.00 surcharge will be added to the regular fee

The Japan Karate Association is a non-profit club. It is very important for us to affiliate with an umbrella organization for technical direction, seminars, camps and competition. We belong to the International Shotokan Karate Federation (I.S.K.F.).
We ask that each club member join this organization after his/her first month of karate practice. An annual membership with the I.S.K.F. costs just $30.00. This membership entitles every member to participate in examinations, attend seminars, and should you travel, your membership will be recognized all across North America.
The I.S.K.F. funds go towards funding a provincial team to attend the National competition. The funds also sponsor a National team, many of whom are members of this dojo, to participate in International competition.
Please fill out the membership form and submit your I.S.K.F. membership fees on a timely basis. Both you and the organization will benefit from your membership.
